Cat Depot brings the entire team together for monthly all-staff meetings that combine organizational updates, training, professional development, and plenty of opportunities to connect. And yes, there’s food. We believe sharing a meal is a pretty good way to build a team.

We also celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries because the people who make Cat Depot special deserve to be celebrated.

And then there are the Golden Paws.

Our Golden Paws recognition program gives team members the opportunity to nominate coworkers who go above and beyond for the cats, the community, or their colleagues.
