Welcome to Reading to Rescues at Cat Depot — a purr-fect program where kids can practice reading aloud while spending time with friendly shelter cats!
Our cats love the calm sound of children reading, and kids get a fun, cozy space to build confidence with every page they turn. There are no grades, no pressure, and no worries — just books, cats, and lots of smiles.

Registration Information
Registration Fee: $5 per child
- Advance registration is required.
- Space is limited to two children per session.
- Children must be three or older and accompanied by an adult 18+ years of age or older.
