Manatee Community Foundation

With the support of Manatee Community Foundation Grant, we can continue and expand our intake housing of sick, injured, and stray cats of Manatee County.

With the support of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County Grant we can continue providing wet and dry food supplies to a monthly average of 71 recipients who need assistance in feeding their beloved pets due to financial hardship through our Community Food Bank.

American Society for the Prevention and Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)

Cat Depot’s Emergency Response Team proudly serves as a rescue partner for the ASPCA and has assisted with rescues in Missouri, New York, Alabama, Georgia, and throughout the state of Florida.

HSUS

As a HSUS partner, we assist HSUS in the relocation of cats from overwhelmed shelters, hoarding cases, natural disasters and more. 

Sarasota County Animal Services

To ensure cats and kittens throughout Sarasota County receive the specialized care they require, we accept 250+ animals from Animal Services into our adoption program each year. We also provide assistance with hoarding cases and services for feral cats through our Community Cats program.

With the support of the Bishop S.P.C.A. Foundation Animal Welfare Grant we are able to expand our intake housing for sick and injured cats.

Florida State Animal Rescue Coalition (FLSARC)

Cat Depot regularly hosts trainings in conjunction with FLSARC to prepare first responders throughout the state in the event of natural and manmade disasters.

Best Friends Animal Society (BFAS)

As a BFAS Network Partner, we collaborate with animal shelters and rescue organizations throughout the country to share information and assist with rescues — because when we work together, we save more lives.

Florida Animal Friends License Plate

Money earned from purchases of this plate enables Florida’s Department of Motor Vehicles to give grants to nonprofits to help them to fund their spay & neuter programs. Maddie’s Fund & Petsmart Charities

Passionate and innovative thinking leads to dreams becoming reality. Through the support of Maddie’s Fund and Petsmart Charities many Cat Depot programs have received the funding needed to bring them to fruition.

University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine & University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine

Cat Depot is proud to offer veterinary students the opportunity to receive hands-on training and learn about feline-specific medicine and care.

Petfinder works with a wide range of partners to provide benefits that help enhance and enrich the lives of pets, pet parents, and Petfinder’s shelter member network.

Jackson Galaxy Foundation

Cat Depot has been fortunate to partner with the Jackson Galaxy Foundation’s “Cat Pawsitive” program. This program is designed to keep adoptable cats mentally and physically active in a shelter or rescue environment while awaiting their forever homes.
