Cat Depot is Sarasota’s only rescue, adoption, and education center dedicated exclusively to giving cats and kittens second chances. We’ve set an ambitious goal: $175,000 to save 1,300 cats and kittens in need of urgent care and a second chance.
During the 24 hours of The Giving Challenge – from noon April 15 to noon April 16 – Cat Depot needs you to BE THE ONE.
How to give:
- Donate online: Visit Cat Depot’s Giving Challenge page starting at NOON on April 15 and ending at NOON on April 16. During the Giving Challenge, donations of $25 to $100 made ONLINE are matched.

To strengthen giving during the 2026 Giving Challenge, The Patterson Foundation will match all unique donations of $25 up to $100 per donor, per organization. AND, Cat Depot has our own $30,000 MATCH!
That means your gift, up to $100, made online during the Giving Challenge, goes even farther!
